Yes! We will take walk-in registrations for the summit and Wednesday pre-conference sessions onsite at the event. Please visit our registration desk on the second floor of the Renaissance Downtown Hotel Columbus.
Yes, our summit rate is $395. We do not offer one day pricing. Our Wednesday pre-conference sessions are $99 each.
There is no virtual/hybrid option for this event. It will be 100% in person.
No. To protect the integrity of our speakers content, sessions at the event will not be recorded or shared.
No. The conference hotel does not provide airport transportation. Taxi and ride-share services are highly recommended as parking is limited. The hotel is about 10 minutes from the airport.

Yes. Valet parking is available for $23 overnight or $18 daily for conference guests. All valet parking is based on availability.

Clothing that is loose and free flowing is ideal – dress comfortably and in layers! We'll have some very light movement sessions throughout the conference, along with a variety of optional wellness activities throughout both days of the conference.

For all attendees at our two-day event, you will be served a healthy breakfast and lunch both Thursday and Friday. Coffee, water and snacks will be available throughout both days as well.

If you were unable to share your dietary restrictions/allergies within your registration, please email ClinicianWellBeing@osu.edu with this information as soon as possible. 

This event starts at 5:15 p.m. EST in the Hayes Ballroom and the National Award for Outstanding Leadership in Support of Clinician Well-being will be presented with a brief ceremony at 6 p.m. Heavy hors d'oeuvres will be served.

Anyone who has registered to attend the summit. Additionally, all registered guests are welcome to attend the reception. Please email ClinicianWellBeing@osu.edu to provide guest information if desired. 

Please dress in business casual attire.

Yes. Parking is available at the conference hotel on a first come-first serve basis. Information on hotel parking can be found here.

For all COVID-19 protocol and guidelines, please visit The Ohio State University’s Safe and Healthy Buckeyes website. We will adhere to the most up-to-date event guidelines listed.

Each attendee will wear either a red, yellow or green lanyard with their name tag. This system indicates their comfort and preferences for physical contact. Please wear your lanyard at all times during the summit and be mindful of our lanyard system so that everyone’s boundaries are respected.

  • Red: I’m keeping my distance right now. No physical contact.
  • Yellow: Maybe an elbow bump.
  • Green: Open to handshakes and high-fives.
