Tai Chi is a moving meditative mind and body exercise that inspires relaxed yet attentive awareness. The intention is ultimately personal but it can be used to tame the busy mind and to increase our observation of ourselves in moment by moment movements and in metaphors of life!

Optional - Class is limited to 50 participants. Please bring your own yoga mat or towel for use on carpet, wear comfortable clothing and bring water.
