Learning objectives:
  1. Describe the Authentic Connections (AC) group intervention for nurse leaders who are mothers.
  2. Identify feasibility and acceptability outcomes of delivering the AC intervention among nurse leaders.
  3. Delineate differences between intervention and control groups related to effects of the AC intervention on participant depression, self-compassion, anxiety, perceived stress, feeling loved, emotional exhaustion, and personal accomplishment.
  4. Appraise implications of collegial support networks for nurse leaders who are mothers.
