Fifteen years ago, Ohio State conducted the first study of burnout in chairs of academic departments of obstetrics and gynecology. In this study we identified burnout in over 50% of these academic leaders. Understand more about the original study and a follow up study that assessed changes to burnout and the dramatic changes to their burnout profiles.
