Changes in the Burnout Profile of Chairs of Academic Departments of Obstetrics and Gynecology

Fifteen years ago, Ohio State conducted the first study of burnout in chairs of academic departments of obstetrics and gynecology. In this study we identified burnout in over 50% of these academic leaders. Understand more about the original study and a follow up study that assessed changes to burnout and the dramatic changes to their burnout profiles.
