Children's Hospital Colorado has developed a comprehensive program to address the well-being of healthcare providers through its Resiliency Collaborative. This presentation will provide information about the program’s multiple evidence-based interventions, show how outcome data is being measured and share the impact of the interventions in clinical and non-clinical roles.
