How Do We Enact Compassion? Multiple Forms and Reciprocity of Compassion in the Context of Health Care

This presentation shares study findings on understanding the perspectives, attitudes and experiences of health care providers about compassion in clinical settings; and how perceiving compassion as an individual trait undermines the responsibility of medical institutions in developing a health care workforce with compassionate care skills.
