Self-care practices improve attention, provide stress-relief and decrease the risk of burnout. Self-care practices can also enhance individual and organizational resilience and serve as a foundation to provide quality, safe and compassionate care. Gain an understanding of how health system organizations can leverage existent strengths and assess types of self-care practices to better support nurses.
