Adrienne Mann is an internist, practicing academic hospitalist, and Deputy Chief of Medicine Service at the Rocky Mountain Regional VA Medical Center. She has transitioned her scholarly interest from clinical education to the professional development of trainees; specifically, in fostering wellbeing and resilience. She is the Associate Program Director (APD) for resident well-being for the GME program at CU and has focused on application of coaching methodology in the development of sustainable programs to promote trainee resilience and wellbeing. She co-directs a coaching program for women medical trainees at CU called Better Together Physician Coaching and is thrilled to share the results of the randomized control trial of this program - specifically it's scalability and feasibility now that it has been shown to decrease burnout and imposter syndrome, and to increase self-compassion.
