Amy Keller is TriHealth’s Professional Excellence Specialist and oversees the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Magnet credential for the system. As a member of the Nursing Administration team, she works very closely with the nursing division to lead projects that promote professional excellence, shared governance and professional development.

Amy choose nursing as a second career and graduated from Miami University, Oxford, OH in 2005. Her education continued by earning a BSN from Miami University in 2007 and her MSN with a concentration on education from Xavier University in 2012. She earned all three degrees with high honors of summa cum laude.

Amy was a critical care nurse and a nursing instructor prior to joining TriHealth. She holds a certificate in the Fundamentals of Magnet and is a board-certified nursing professional development specialist. She engages in research and evidence-based practice projects.  In addition, Amy has been published and has presented both locally and nationally.

Amy has been an avid supporter of the American Heart Association for the past 22 years. She also volunteers in other local community health initiatives to improve the overall health status of the community.
