Amy Rettig has more than 30 years of experience as a Registered Nurse and more than 10 years as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Currently, she serves as a Mental Health APRN caring for healthcare staff and supporting a caring and healing environment. The focus of the work includes EBP and research on interventions that staff can use to care for self and care for colleagues in the ambulatory and emergency care settings. Her role has provided opportunity to present, publish and study healthcare staff well-being.
