Antolin Flores
Antolin S. Flores, MD

A native of Toledo, Ohio, Dr. Antolin Flores attended Kent State University where he earned a B.S. in Biology. He then returned to Toledo to complete medical school at University of Toledo College of Medicine (then called Medical College Ohio). He then continued his training, completing residency in Anesthesiology and a fellowship in Cardiothoracic Anesthesiology at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. Upon finishing his training, he returned to Ohio and accepted a faculty position at The Ohio State University. As an Assistant Professor in the Department of Anesthesiology, he provides anesthesia for patients undergoing heart, lung, and liver transplants; performs blood coagulation research, and has curated an interest in healthcare employee wellness through the formation of RossFit – a program to foster wellness among employees of the Ross Heart Hospital at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center.
