Senior Project Manager, Care Compass Network (CCN); Program Director, CCN Regional Trauma-Informed Care Network (RTIC)

Bouakham Rosetti is the Senior Project Manager with Care Compass Network (CCN) and the Program Director for the CCN Regional Trauma-Informed Care Network (RTIC) which formed under her leadership in April 2019. Bouakham’s area of expertise include project management, behavioral health and primary care integration, practice transformation, and trauma-informed care implementation to advance community health, resilience, and well-being. She is also the lead creator and developer of the CCN RTIC Trauma-Informed Care Pilot program and framework which is currently being piloted across multiple care settings.

Bouakham has a Bachelor of Science in Health Services Administration from Ithaca College, a Certificate in Integration of Behavioral Health in Primary Care from The University of Massachusetts Medical School, a Certificate in Practical Change Management from SUNY Corning, and the HANYS Healthcare Executive Leadership Program from Cornell University’s SC Johnson Graduate School of Management. She is also trained in Motivational Interviewing and certified in SBIRT from OASAS.
