Jenn Gebhart is a 500 hr RYT, E-RYT200 Registered Yoga Alliance Teacher and an Urban Zen Integrative Therapist and mentor. She has worked in the OSU Wexner Medical Center and the James Cancer Hospital for 6 years offering Urban Zen Integrative Therapy, (UZIT) to patients, staff, and caregivers. She is passionate about helping people feel better physically and mentally so they can live their best life. She has witnessed how the UZIT practices can decrease anxiety, stress, exhaustion, insomnia, and pain and is delighted to be part of this year’s Summit and offer tools to support your wellbeing and resilience.
