Jennifer Meyer, MBA, BS, CSSBB is Senior Director for Center for Clinician Advancement at UnitedHealth Group. Jennifer is responsible for building and leading strategic initiatives that enable and empower the 45,000 clinicians at UnitedHealth Group to help people live healthier lives and make the health system work better. She leads teams and initiatives that deliver innovative and often transformational change that help advance, engage and develop clinicians.

Currently, Jennifer is leading and building enterprise strategies to increase professional joy, mitigate burnout and create balance between clinical competency and business acumen with clinicians. She establishes strategy, vision and action plans in partnership with executives, business leaders and clinicians.

Jennifer joined UnitedHealth Group in 2009 and has 25 years of experience across multiple industries and roles in healthcare, information technology, leadership, strategic planning, operational excellence and program management.

She has a MBA with specialization in Healthcare Management and BS in Mass Communications. She is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. Jennifer's work and leadership was recognized by receiving the Wall Street Journal/Capella University Business Leader Award and Women's Health Leadership TRUST Entrepreneur Award. She presents at national conferences and serves on the Grand Canyon University National Advisory Council for Nursing and Health professions.
