Chef Katie McCurdy is a classically trained chef and culinary educator for The James Mobile Education Kitchen. She has a Bachelors in Health Science from The Ohio State University, as well as a culinary degree from Columbus Culinary Institute. Her role as a culinary educator has allowed her to merge her passion for food and education with practical life applications. She helps develop community programming intended to promote overall health, wellness and focus on disease prevention.
