Lauren Battista, MPH, CHES is the Wellness Program Manager for Buckeye Wellness under the Office of the Chief Wellness Officer at The Ohio State University. As part of her role she directs the Buckeye Wellness Innovators, a wellness champions program of over 700 faculty and staff members at Ohio State. She also develops, implements, and evaluates initiatives that support faculty and staff health and wellness at the university. An Ohio native, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Zoology from Miami University in 2011 and her Master of Public Health degree from The Ohio State University in 2016. Lauren is a certified health education specialist and currently serves as board member of the Ohio State College of Public Health Alumni Society and an advisor for the Ohio State student organizations, Buckeyes for Wellness and Alpha Phi Omega.
