Dr. Thienprayoon is a pediatric palliative care physician at Cincinnati Children's Hospital whose research focuses on organizational compassion in healthcare.  She completed General Pediatrics residency at UT Southwestern in Dallas, a fellowship in pediatric hematology-oncology at UT Southwestern, and a fellowship in pediatric hospice and palliative care at Cincinnati Children's Hospital. She is currently enrolled in the MBA program at the Lindner College of Business at the University of Cincinnati. The purpose of this project is to develop a tool to measure how clinicians experience compassion within their healthcare teams and from organizations.
