Beginning her career as an athletic trainer, Stephanie worked with a sports medicine surgeon in the private practice setting before moving to Baltimore to continue her career at Johns Hopkins. Switching to administration in 2016, Steph worked to open two outpatient orthopedic facilities and maintained operations while pursuing and completing a master’s in Leadership and Organizational Development. Her passion remains in helping people live their best lives and she strives to bring this into the healthcare industry through her research and work as co-chair of her departments wellness committee.

This research uses survey data to interpret the attitudes of associates within the ambulatory division of a large health system regarding psychologically healthy workplace behaviors and leadership perceptions of wellness in the workday.
