Susan L. Rosenthal, PhD, ABPP is a Professor of Medical Psychology in the Departments of Pediatrics and Psychiatry at Columbia UniversityVagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons. Rosenthal serves as vice chair for faculty development in the Department of Pediatrics. In thisrole, she has implemented a faculty development program designed to allow faculty to achieve career advancement and professional satisfactionand develop leadership skills. She has presented at local and national meetings and published on her work in faculty development. Rosenthalalso serves as division director of child and adolescent health in the Department of Pediatrics. Her research focuses on the psycho-socialdevelopment of adolescents and young adults, particularly on the promotion of sexual health.
