In 2014, MedStar Georgetown University Hospital implemented the Care for the Caregiver Programfor patient safety. The program uses to the principles of high reliability to provide care and comfort to providers impacted by a patient safety event. This presentation will provide background for the program, how it was implemented and how it is operationalized and will review data on outcomes.
