Physicians in training are under unprecedented stress: needing to embrace ever-growing bodies of information, face complex patient challenges and adapt to advancing technology. Few studies have looked at interventions to address the high levels of burnout endorsed by trainees early and persistently throughout their training. Understand more about the need in normalizing and validating the utilization of mental health services and ascertaining further the needs of our trainees.
