Incorporating Mind-Body Skills into One Required Nursing Course: How Does This Work?

The transition from high school to college is challenging, and many students are at a loss for strategies to remain calm and promote well-being throughout the first semester. This study assesses how education in mindfulness strategies is associated with a higher awareness of stress; and the need for future work to focus on how to prepare faculty to more effectively and easily incorporate mindfulness activities into the college classroom.
