Summit Overview

The 2024 Summit brought together nearly 400 clinicians, educators, researchers, and health sciences students for three days of evidence‑based learning, collaboration, and wellness activities. The program featured six pre‑conference workshops, six general‑session keynote and panel presentations, and more than 40 concurrent session presentations representing nearly 60 unique institutions and organizations across the United States — reflecting broad national engagement and a diverse range of clinical, academic, and health system perspectives.

A summit record‑setting call for abstracts resulted in over 80 poster presenters, showcasing innovative research and practical solutions across clinical, academic, and organizational settings. Poster sessions, interactive wellness workshops, and morning fitness activities further enriched the experience, highlighting emerging strategies to reduce burnout, strengthen resilience, and transform healthcare culture. Together, these sessions provided a comprehensive forum for advancing clinician well‑being and supporting a healthier, more sustainable workforce.
